Procedure & Evaluation Criteria following interview

Meeting the identified needs for innovative development Meeting the identified needs for innovative development in priority areas of the RDI strategy (green energy, circular economy, agri-food, creative economy, blue economy, information and communication technologies, etc.). (30%)
Level of qualifications and skills of the management team (natural person, collaborative team, or legal entity) (25%)
Quality and clarity of the business model and scope of activity. (25%)
Availability and degree of commitment to participate in the services and activities provided by the incubator. (20%)

The scoring is carried out with a maximum 100 pointsaccording to the above weighting coefficients.

The candidate companies or business teams with the highest total score are selected to participate in the support cycle.

Appeals

Candidate companies or business teams whose applications are rejected have the right to appeal against the results within five (5) working days from the day following their official notification, by email or by letter to the address of C Nest Accelerator. Appeals will be examined by a three-member Appeals Evaluation Committee, which has been set up for this purpose, by decision no. 561/46-7/10.6.2025 of the ITE Board of Directors.

The appeal evaluation process includes the following stages:

Receipt and examination of the objection
Opinion/recommendation of the Committee to the Board of Directors of ITE
Issuance of a decision by the Board of Directors of ITE
Notification of the decision to the interested party

Upon completion of each selection process, the Selection Minutes and the corresponding accompanying documents are forwarded to the competent service of the GGEK (Beneficiary) and to the Project Manager, in accordance with the procedures for the implementation of the project.
